Recipe for Nutella + Banana cake or muffin?
According to Dan Koeppel, we might not be able to eat bananas in ten years because they are so vulnerable to epidemics.
And I just realized I totally missed World Nutella Day which was Feb 5th. First time this year by some nutella nerd. Nothing official, but still it's World Nutella Day.
Anyway, if any of you know good and easy recipe for nutella+banana cake or muffin, let me know.

My next suggestion is mixing regular banana cake batter and making "stuffed" or "filled" cupcakes. Pour in most of the batter normally used for the cupcake paper-liner...then plop a dollop of nutella in the center...then top it with a wee spoonful of batter. It should come out right!
